Which roller tube size does this motor fit?

It is made for roller blind tubes with a 37mm or 38mm inner diameter. Measure the inside of your tube before ordering. For 20mm, 25mm or 28mm tubes, choose our Zigbee battery roller blind motor instead.

Do I need a hub?

No. It connects straight to your 2.4GHz WiFi network and works through the Smart Life / Tuya app.

Does it work with Alexa and Google Home?

Yes, the supplier lists Alexa and Google Home voice control through the Smart Life / Tuya app. Link your Smart Life account in the Alexa or Google Home app after setup.

How is it powered?

It is mains powered (100–240V AC) and hard-wired. There is no battery. In Australia the wiring should be done by a licensed electrician.

What is the difference between the two options?

Motor only controls by app and voice. Motor + 6-channel remote adds a remote that can run several motors and has 25%, 50% and 75% preset positions.

Can I set where the blind stops?

Yes. You can set the upper and lower travel limits in the Smart Life / Tuya app, and schedule opening and closing times.
