Yes — we ship to every state and territory, and shipping is free on every order. No minimum spend, no fine print.

Orders placed before 12pm AEST are dispatched the next business day. From there, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days door to door. Items sent from our Australian warehouse usually land in 2–3 business days. Regional and remote addresses can add 1–2 business days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

We only list products we are satisfied meet Australian requirements, and we are working through formal compliance documentation with each of our suppliers. Where we hold the paperwork for a product, the compliance detail is shown on that product page. If you need the documentation for a specific item before you buy, email us and we'll send you what we hold.

Most of our products work with Google Home, Apple HomeKit, Amazon Alexa and the Tuya / SmartLife app. Each product page lists compatible ecosystems, and our guides cover installation step by step.

We offer a 14-day return policy on all products. If you're not satisfied, contact us and we'll arrange a return or exchange. Items must be in original packaging and unused.
